Kamil Nagorski

Forged in the crucible of communist Poland, Kamil Nagorski’s career has been defined by defying limitations. His innate talent for logical systems became apparent at age eleven when, as a fifth-grader, he won a provincial mathematics Olympiad designed for eighth-graders. Shortly after, he entered the digital age by assembling a Sinclair ZX81 computer from a DIY kit smuggled from West Germany, an extraordinary technical feat for that era.

This early passion for technology was nurtured at the Łódź Planetarium and IT Center, a pioneering institution years ahead of its time. Surrounded by the stars and the nascent field of computer science, he mastered foundational low-level and high-level programming languages including Assembler, BASIC, and C.

Yet, Kamil was a product of two distinct worlds. While his mind was drawn to strict technical architectures, his soul was steeped in the arts. Raised in a deeply creative family, with a grandfather who was a landscape painter and art historian, a father who was a television producer and actor, and an aunt who served as the artistic director of TVP Kraków, he was destined to operate at the exact intersection of these two domains.

In 1988, seeking freedom and technical opportunity, he relocated to Sweden. It was there that his twin passions of technology and creative design merged, leading to the establishment of multiple enterprises combining cutting-edge engineering with media production.

The last three decades have been a masterclass in this synthesis. The culmination of this lifelong journey is Erynvorn Technologies. This represents a natural consequence of a career spent understanding technological progress while respecting historical roots.
